How do I open the BIN File? You can see the screen shot of the file below I want open!

It's a game called "Machinarium" and I wants to Install it!

Firstly I download from a site called "egydown" from where the game is uploaded at Megaupload which the game was zipped

I unzipped and remaining is the file you can see in the picture!

What do I do next?

ISO buster
