01. You cant buy a land in Saudi
02. Even if you did, there no guarantee that you will find oil
03. Even it has oil you are not authorized to drill
04. Even you managed to drill, the oil is legally owned by Saudi crown
05. Even somehow you get crown to sign for you, you still need to have literally millions of dollars
05. IF YOU HAVE MILLIONS OF DOLLARS why the f*k you go there instead you can import or buy enough oil by your own. it will only cost 9000USD per 6600L
