How SLT Usage meter works?

Can someone explain how this SLT usage meter works? Looks like my peak quota is almost over but I'm afraid if I lose about 22GB of off peak quota

Will I lose the off peak data quota if my peak quota becomes '0'?
Please help

In here There's no difference between Peak and Off peak (dont know if its a bug or normal.) So I can use 60GB for a month at any time. and even its a bug, no you dont lose off peak data even peak becomes 0.

no, you dont lose your off-peak data. you can still use it after mid night until 8am.
