How to bounce back email

I am using gmail account. I get lot of spam emails. I want to know if it is possible to do some setting to bounce back those spam emails to sender?
I am asking this because even though we set them as spam mails it keep coming on every day and need to clean regularly. I want to let know the sender this email no longer accept by my account.

I never checking spam emails on gmail machan... Its auto clearing every 30 days.. probably now i have around 400 spam emails..

But this only blocking or rather sending them to trash only. By this way also spammers do not stop sending those mails.

if you are getting spam mails form specific address there you can use delete option it will delete emails form the specified sender automatically
