Help- SLT broadband package problem ?
Hello guys, this is my 1st question here...
I bought SLT broadband 25GB family package this month. The problem is, although I have already downloaded over 40GB (exceeding 25GB limit), connection have not been slowed.
Is there any way I can check what my package is ?
Cus Im afraid, if they have given me a different package (like Entree), I will have to pay for all the data I used.
Any answer would be really appreciated...Thank you very much.
