Use Adobe Imageready which comes with Adobe Photoshop CS and Previous Versions...the difficult part is that u hav 2 make frame by frames..jus chk ma siggy...for the word D to come down i've used 3 frames..

Guys u can also try with Ulead GIF Animater.....
If u need it just tell me ll up it....
U will need some JEPG format pics to do that with Ulead GIF Animater.....
I think its heard than other softs...

U will need Photoshop to do make beautifully like this....
