How to get the best out of my new dual screen setup?

I just wanted to ask you guys how to make the most of my dual screen setup which I put together last month. I'm a windows user and my monitors are 27" dell p series ones. btw I am #NotTheOwner of this account. so don't pm regarding this thread.
