How to get the MAC address and IP address of my brother to block his internet access?

I use a US Robotics usr9108 ADSL router to share my ADSL connection with my brother.?

My father asked me to block his internet access.But my brothers IP address or any other detail is not shown in the "Routing - ARP Table" in the web based user interface. I am very confused about this. Only my IP, MAC and some other detail is available. Please give me a solution to learn my brother's IP.

Most probably he does not use the dynamic IP assigned by the router. and he uses a static ip of his own. (I too am using a static IP) therefore "DHCP clients" section is empty.

By getting the MAC address u cant block it
anyway if u want his mac address
Download Cain & Abel Software. Anti virus will detect it as a virus but its not actually a virus.U can poison his network. for Cain & Able tutorial check youtube.

In the Prompt type inconfig/all command

In to screen you can see some like this

Use ur DHCP is a Good way

Open CMD

Type Ipconfig/release

Type Ipconfig/renew

So then ur DHCP will assign a new DY IP to you
