how to Hack electricity meter O_o

Need info to slow down the electricity meter without break the seal.

one of my friend told,there is a gadget to plug in a normal house hold plug and meter will slowdown.

is anybody know any tricks ?

actually i am in a rent house, the owner is not here (abroad)

that ponnaya had a small manufacture on house before i came here.
so still my e.bill coming as commercial system.

i paid 2000+ Rs for 90+ units. more then 6 months i am contacting every officials and they don't care about anything,

that's why i asked about any gadget may you know to slowdown OR save the electricity.
