Friend of mine using it. Recently dropped and broke the screen. Still works fine with the broken screen.
It is a good phone, good looking, but battery life is poor. It came with widows and he changed it to latest version of android, so beautiful. battery life is poor maybe because of androids are power hungry creatures.
If you are going to buy one make sure you buy the 1000 MB ROM Verizon model. There is another one with lower ROM which is lower in processor power.
As I remember my friend brought it form ebay for around 30k.
