i have a Huawei E303S dongle bought from Dialog Telecom. now i need to unlock it. i tried to so many times according to letters and information of the web. but don't unlocked it. it has a 10 times for try to unlock. i was tried 9 times. now it have ones time only enter the unlock code. please help me how to unlock my dongle.
