I need change $90 for RS....

I have $90 in my PayPal and i need it change RS to quickly.......

Any one here i can change PayPal $90 for rupee ...

i will only need Rs; 10000/= for this $90 ...

I have verify PayPal account using HNB card ..if i withdraw this money to HNB can i know how many days it will take .... ??

Also i see in Elakiri there is trouble to withdrow money to HNB ...
