What caused this was only analysed by Dr. Howard Nichalos who was attached to UOC (ISS research )and IPS for a considerable time. At that time former gov of CB was also a lecturer in UOC . According to him only way we can resolve this is through increase in exports . (do we have any plan for that, short or long term? )
