1.Install IDM(just cancel all windows appear aw errors or etc)
2.Restart
3.After restarting Com an error massage will appear.cancel it.and Exit IDm from system tray if it is loaded.

4.then run the patch(if u use avira just disable it.this is a trusted patch and i uploaded it)

5.Done.
