If Sri Lanka over deprecistes its currency then US Dollar reserves would increase!

Sri Lanka must first stop printing rupees. Then it should purposefully over depreciate its currency to 250-300 Rs a Dollar. Then people who have US Dollar will find it hard to buy Sri Lankan Rupees. It will make a black market where Rupee will be bought at a lower rate since it is hard to find rupees. We would be able to pay back loans. Sri Lankans will have more Foreign Currency compared to local. We can easily pay back loans of bonds. Japan and China over depreciated their currency that is how they became rich.
