If You Only Knew
If you only knew,
what tomorrow held in store for you.
Would you do unto others,
as they do unto you?
Would you be more cautious
of what you do and say,
or would you continue on
along your merry way?
Would you take others for granted
or would you hold them near,
tell them that you love them
more and more each year?
Would you tell others about god
Or would you continue on your way,
failing to tell them for all your
sins He did pay?
While in your hurry and your hustle
You never stop to say
Come unto god,
Let me show you the way.
Nothing is as important
as telling of His love
How He came to save you
and left His home above.
So live your life for God,
and what ever comes to past
You'll have a home in glory
and this will always last.
