Well, I don't work in arshiklands.

DevSecOps gets a higher salary, but there are no many `actual` devsecops positions in the country (Correct me if I am wrong). Sec Ops (SOC guys mainly) does get less or equal to DevOps isn't it? Correct me if I am wrong, you have worked in all 3 so you might have a better idea.

I don't work in arshiklands. No idea about the situation with job over theres. SOC is not really SecOPs.
SOC is like analysing alerts and shit. By SecOPs I mean actually architecting and implementing security of applications, infrastructure, etc. Now, it is becoming the job of DevSecOps positions though.

Soc gets high ... have you seen soc position nowadays... sec.compliance , analysists .. hama ekama devops akka merge karala thiyenne. ex: IAC scans, Policies . Compliance changes balndaa ahema.. Product aka dan kaale eka eka region walata wikunananawanam aniwa unge region ake sector aka anuwa ccomliance aka api aran thiyaganda so ekata a qualified akkena aniwa oni .

SoC and secops and GRC are different.
grc are mostly management level so they get paid well

No bro am working in a security and compliance role.... there are no separate roles for GRC in Srilanka. all come from the change management systems and controlling bodies. am not talking about audit firms. and hope we are not talking about the job specs in here. so the salaries are respectively higher than other scales in the industry. am saying because i have worked in few international leading companies in Srilanka
