Directorsලා කියන්නේ managerලා වගේ බන්. ඕකේ ගෲප්ස් තියනවා. ඒ ඒ ගෲප්ස් වලට ඉන්නවා Manager Software Director කියලා කෙනෙක්. එයා තමා ටීම් එකට අදාල අය ගැන බලන්නේ. line manager වගේ සීන් එකක්. ටෙක්නිකල් ඉන්ටවීව් එක කරන්නේ එයාලා තමා. රිසර්ච් එක ගැනයි, OOP, RDBS ඔව්වා අහයි. තව ඉතිං ඔය බේසික් ප්‍රොග්‍රැමින් තමා. ඒක මැනේජර් මත ඩිපෙන්ඩ් වෙනවා. උන් දැන් කරන ප්‍රොජෙක්ට් වලට අදාලව තමා උඹෙන් ගොඩක් දුරට ප්‍රශ්න අහන්නේ.
