I mean command center

So MSN is a best place for that. so create a MSN group and inform members to join the MSN group. we can create a MSN group. Facebook not a safe spot cos it will tagged by a LTTE terror supporters.

So after we do this we can send and recive specific messages through secure lines.

Then we can send a message to every one safely like "Put your comments on that Blog ,that Facebook Group like that"
