Pakistan can repay those bills because they have huge natural resources, including a recently discovered massive fossil fuel deposit. But what guarantees our repayment of those loans? That's why we need to show good policies regarding such sensitive areas. If Lapaya wills, he can lower the fuel prices and electricity prices. Remember, Lapaya lowered the fuel price just after he won the election. That is not a good policy.
