26. Preservative methods, such as cold rooms, fertiliser & other utilities at a mnimum cost.
27. Facilitate for Eco based tourism.
28. Plans to capture IT market.
29. Changes in the education policies to facilitate the economy.
30. Secure Food, Heath & Education as fundamentals for the citizens through adequate funding.
