Handling charges aren't something that were recently introduced, right?
agent has always paid that before handing over to SL Post for previous packages. I assume they did the same this time too

Should be less than a dollar unless you missed the deadline to collect it

Ain't worth escalating it to google imo. Why give them a reason to blacklist SL for practically nothing
