Bestweb itself is a disgrace for web competitions. I've participated in that shit for 5 times and won each time (on behalf on my previous company). I can even tell you how to win it But I still say it is a disgrace coz their understanding of certain technical criterias and validations/verifications and overall judging has been utter crap. Only good for getting some recognition and improve brand value for your business.
