There has been an incident at an army camp in Lindawewa, Nochchiagama. Nochchiagama Hospital confirmed that 2 soldiers were dead and at least 10 injured.

Accidental Explosion - Nochchiyagama

Two soldiers died and 13 injured by an accidental explosion in a Military Training at Lindawewa Nochchiyagama around 2.20 p.m. today.

Injured soldiers have been hospitalized for treatments.
