Insurance Claim :(

මගේ වාහනේ පොඩ්ඩක් හැප්පුනා. මන් ගාව සල්ලි තිබ්බ නැති නිසා Estimate එක අරන් insurance company එකට දුන්නා direct payment කරන්ඩ කියලා MAGCITY එකට. එකට approval letter එකක් දෙන්ඩ දැන් almost 4 days ගියා හැබැයි තමා මගේ අතට ලැබුනේ නම් නැහැ .

MAGCITY suggested to pay by hand and fixed this. and then to claim from the insurance company. i told i dont have money and i asked the insurance company to pay the magcity.

so my question is, other than Ceylinco is everybody else is same like this. how do you repair your vehicle ? do you pay and then claim or ask the insurance company to pay the garage ?

please need advice friends.

What kind of accident is it, what's your vehicle? what's the damages? what's the estimated cost, depending on this scenario you may ask the insurance company to pay for your damages.
