This should be a problem with direct X.And yes nVIDIA Riva TNT2/M64 supports Hardware Transform and Lightening support.

OK found out this:

Only G965 and G35 has HW T&L support. That is Intel Extreme Graphics X3000 and X3100. G35 is not released yet, so..
