Internet doubt

Hi everyone

I have an adsl connection at home. I want to know whether I can use the internet from my fone as well as the adsl at the same time. By doing this, will I be able to increase the bandwidth available?

For e.g., my ADSL connection is 512kbps and my phone is 3.6mbps. If I use both on the same computer at the same time, will I get a speed of 4.0mbps?

to my knowledge it wont work either u can use ur phone or mobile but cannot use both at the same tym

ya it will be possible but r u connecting in 3.6 mbps

I suppose about 1.8 mbps should come, so i would be able to surf properly while talking on skype right?

1st just connect n see what speed u get im connecting using my nokia n70 n im getting a 512kbps speed still works good with net 2 phone or googletalk.

googletalk and voip programs don't use a lot of bandwidth, but skype is a real bandwidth hog, that's why i was wondering

i thnk u can change da connection settings in skype so u can do both simultaneously

Dekama add karanna be but u can use both ... u can assing 1 connections 4 download (IDM) and other conn to browsing...if u try to add both most f da tym it gives a IP conflict
