Internet on two PC's by using bluetooth... how?

I have a problem. I want to share the internet connection from my Desktop computer to my laptop.

I have this things:
- ADSL USB modem with 512 /bit connection
- 1 Bluetooth dongle Zoom class 1 (100 meters) USB
- 1 Trust dongle Bluetooth USB device (100 meters)


I use win 7

Ok, then I want to do those things but I'm confused and I'm searching for one step by step guide to do that:

1 - Share internet connection (from the desktop computer to the laptop by using bluetooth devices)

2 - Create a LAN between the two computers to allow anyone to open folders, search files, etc... of each one

That's all.

I tried to do a lot of things but anyone worked fine. So please if you can help me...
