time for this problem and confirmed nature of fault is yet to be determined[26]
Three men were arrested for trying to cut the cable near Alexandria."

I am able to get max. download speed of 56 KB - 60 KB/s (512 Kb/s connection) but when web searching and You-tubing, speeds are hell slow.
