Into the Sky
I think the basic spirit of a children is trust and as adults we do them the disservice of leading them away from trusting God speaking to their hearts. As adults and people of faith, it should be our goal, our purpose to learn for the youth. I'm reminded that even the bible tells us that we are here to listen to the youth and learn from them. Sometimes with age we think ourselves wise, when we over time, carve out our very own religious forms which keeps us from instinctively hearing the truth, seeing the truth, or sometimes even an elder with take you aside and teach you so called "proper" theology, when it really comes directly to our hearts. Really, it is just our job to be their for others with open ears. What we need to do is a listen away.
Whoever does not love does not know God, because God is love
. 1 John 4:8
