Can TV, Internet and phone work simultaneously?

Yes, all the services can work simultaneously without any interference.

IPTV is an independent service using the same Broadband connection for the Television. Bandwidth for IPTV is allocated independent of internet as shown below.

but i use adsl to watch internet tv with a database abt 3300 channels Download that app;and with tv card i have time shifting too with realtime capturing;and with torrents we can have any program telecast in other countries;
