Is iDealz a fake shop? See the attachment; it says (Apple) authorized reseller, but I never see on apple site https://locate.apple.com/lk/en/sales/?pt=all&lat=6.9151861&lon=79.8632569&address=Colombo I suggest that we have give 1 star rating and google map for such fake shops.

BTW, there is another Apple Store. Who are they?

Most of the stores are fake in Sri Lanka..
Afi inne kuhaka kureeru samaajayaka...

From the ad and their marketing contents you can see that they are not 100% honest..
but if their mobile devices have genuine TRCSL stickers, then okay..
There are a few satisfied customers from that store
afaik Abans, Singer, and another store are the official Apple Inc. stores

There is no number 1 mobile phone shop / retailer in Sri Lanka. Those are self claim and no valid reference for South Asia's Best Mobile retailer. These are marketing strategy. Look at Google map review. All mobile phone shops are blamed for their faults including idealz, genius mobile, dialcom, life mobile, greenware, genex, etc.

Check the full list of Apple authorized resellers in Sri Lanka and know that Service Providers are different actors. Genxt is service provider, not authorized reseller. Any idea about Genxt?

It's true. We have to trust from Apple site that shows who are the real owners. Genext is not on AAS list.
