yes, it can be true. Music can influence how a person brain reacts to certain things in contrast. If you just google for "sleep aid music" you will find TONS of artists armed with violins and pianos minting out CD's after CD which claims to help you doze of into a blissful sleep.
So logically or should we say hypothetically, music can be created to Kill your self too. Yet, for how far and what extent have we proven both ends of the equation to be TRUE ?
Have we ever (or any scientist) done an extended research into the science of music that can put people to sleep? If they have done so, all our new mothers would simply push the play button of a CD player and let the kid have a knock off sleep isn't it? Easy as instant noodles !
Again, vice versa, what makes you think the "Pathological and cynical yet innovative" MAFIA would not round up some musicians and ask them to mint out some "KILLER" sounds so that they can easily make any "turn coin" kill him self, saving the Mafia a huge overhead on bribing the cops and keeping thugs employed?
If that is to be true !, I say the musicians are the biggest and the most notorious killers around.
In a more humorous note, I remember my self falling off to instant sleep every time I picked up a Physics book also feel like killing my self every time I took the Geometry or trigonometry book !. so are the BOOKS are killers TOO ?
May be problem really lay on what is the view point that we look about on a certain situation or a problem. The mere logical and fully explainable everyday happening like sunset and sunrise was interperated by the ancient Japanese as "the dragon chase the fire ball through the sky and eats at night" but with true understanding and knowledge and "TIME" people understood as well as became knowledgeable enough to "EXPLAIN" what really it.
You can see that I have capitalized two words "TIME" and "EXPLAIN"
Time - Time is a great benefactor in realizing mistakes and letting go of foolish ideas people cling on it. As for an example other than the above we take something like the Solar system. People the like of Gallio Galili was burnt at the STAKE for proclaiming that Earth was not the center of the Universe. yet, by TIME we have learned to except that theory to be true and Proven that to be True.
Explain - With time comes understanding. Understanding in humans comes of observing, learning and education. When a human is armed with all three of a certain subject matter, he can EXPLAIN the workings of it. As with doctors now Explain us the inner working of body it self.
So, getting back to what I was talking. All so called "mysterious" things now that we claim to be ghosts and all the haa hoo. Can be and will be explained with proper education, observing and "TIME"
So, GTRZ. You asked me to get away from the "pissa" talk and put my thoughts of this matter as a Sociologist.

But the way the music played and the way other things arranged it makes your brain do that. And as i think that makes you go crazy. And its totally mysterious.
I am talking about some scientific discussion about why that happen.
I am telling that we should share this stuff and say what we feel and exchange our ideas about these songs, incidents, practices etc... But they are dam risky coz it makes impacts to your brain in a mysterias way. Thats science but its risky.
