and browsing speed is awful
but thank god i get the full speed around 120 KB/s when downloading from RS

no, the original is better than the dub. Topcat's original voice and the dubbed voice are somewhat different giving different characteristics to the character.
Also the cop's characteristics are totally different in the dub and the original. The same thing had happened to some of the cats as well.
The dub is not better than the original but as a dub, its excellent. Miles ahead from the dubs like soorapappa or the scooby doo dubs (that's bloody murder!)
