Go to ur phones settings menu. Goto phone settings. Go to network settings. There will be a menu to search new networks. if not go to search mode and set it to manual.

The phone will scan and show u the available networks in the area.

go to the settings of your phone and select Network Settings (hope u have something like that.. ) then select Manual and after like a few secs u shud see a list like the one on the Post #1 here... jes say cancel or back after that.. lol..
