Is this legal or not?

i saw some websites, they use sri lankan internet radio channels. visitors can select a radio and listen.(not the actual owners website)

is it legal or not? to provide that kind of a facility without mentioning the respective owners of those channels. and most of have done it. i also want to add some radio channels to my website.
so help me!
