IT career help needed

I have completed an IT degree at SLIIT (Curtin IT) by this year and now im seeking for a job (Software Engineering)
According to my knowledge the best places are MIT, IFS and Codegen..
and virtusa is the worst place

all i need to know is apart from those companies what are the other places good for working
and how about the BANKs like HSBC,NDB,Commercial and etc
