Try CSL/Cambio. I was working there from 2004-2006. Good place to work and the environment is great.. When I joined them they only had 20 employees..I come to know that they are doing some good projects (.Net and Java)

if your ambition is to perform career as a software engineer or architect
you must go to software firm not to any other banks,or other companies
they may pay you but it does not help you career as above mentioned

if you prefer to perform other way, that mean other job titles except mentioned above
you could go to a bank ,or other company.
