RESPONSIBILITIES
- Should be able to troubleshoot Windows Server Multi-Domain environment issues (Windows Server Expertise)
- Should be able to handle The IP Phones and IP phone software’s (Control Dashboard)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a dedicated team player
- Should be Working in night hours (Australian working time 9.00AM to 3.00PM)
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in Windows Server environment
- Expertise level qualification in Microsoft (MCSA)
- Possessing entry level qualification in Information Security
- An outgoing personality with a can-do attitude
