Why not bro, you can upgrade your Laptop to Windows XP.

xp can be run in 64M minimum, but if you want to do anything useful from the machine at least 128M is needed. And of course your processor clock should be above 400.

But if you can run 2000, then definitely it can be upgraded to XP.
