lets not talk about undergrads with no exp. but after 1 year they still pay 10000 and call them programmers. afer 2 years 20000 is a joke. not to mention the work environment with almost no leaves and impossible to get any leave at all. working week ends . and the BOND ?!

a person with a diploma and experience of 2 years should get around 30000 atleast in this field to be fair and digree and 2 years have so many opportunities elsewhere few miles away from openark only reason anyone to stuck in openark for that salary is their BOND !

OMG those figures are absolute crap!!! with diploma and 1 year experince, i got 60000, and by the time i got the degree i had more than 2 years of experience then my salary went upto 6 figures
