I have been there many times. Before this was a hotel & after.
This was the mahage/walawuwa of one of my classmates. Have spent entire school holidays there.
They later sold the entire property to Jetwing & decided to settle abroad & Jetwing converted the walawuwa as their main reception building but kept the paddy fields & the surroundings as it is.
Thay source most of the vegis & all the milk from their own farm. They make one of the tastiest wattalappans in Sri Lanka.
The meals are fresh Sri Lankan rice & curry where almost all the vegetables are from their own farm. Including the rice. You do get the full village vibe.
There are no rooms. There are only cottages. No A/C concept & it's cool anyway. Even when it was my friends house, I don't remember ever turning on a fan. It was always cool with the paddy fields
A hotel you need to go atleast once in your life
