If an AL student enters the university from 250 marks and if a student from Anuradhapura district (assuming Anuradhapura is the district with least university entrance cutoff mark) enters the university with 200 marks.
Then the students scoring between 250 and 200 marks should be given the opportunity to enter a private university for the specific field of study. In instances where the student cannot afford private university fees, the government shall provide loan facilities without interest.
