I paid advance to get item from US early this month. Still didn't receive it. They hardly reply for FB messages or emails. When i call their hotline they say "Item will come soon. You will be notified via SMS bla bla. And delay was due to customs scanning item ".

Value of my Item is about Rs. 98k and take Rs. 18000 more to reship here.

I think there is a shipment every 2 or 3 days. Yes you get bills and documents AFAIK

I call Kapurka Customer care. Now again they say its coming next week. Last week said the same thing. and week before.

What are considered as dangerous good ? And only twice a week customs clearing is done ?

Call their direct line for global shop 011-2581610 and tell your order number
This is the number they SMS when you order the item, 6 digit number
They'll tell about the shipment date and details.It took around 23 days or so from order date to arrive at home. (includes Amazon seller to kapruka delivery time too)
After the item arrives to SL, they'll send a sms and they'll deliver to home in 2-3 days.
