Kapruka Global Shop is a Scam ?

I got a VGA card from Amazon through them and there was no problems. Total excess charge was $8 which totals to the less than half of the local price
Call their direct line for global shop 011-2581610 and tell your order number
This is the number they SMS when you order the item, 6 digit number
They'll tell about the shipment date and details.It took around 23 days or so from order date to arrive at home. (includes Amazon seller to kapruka delivery time too)
After the item arrives to SL, they'll send a sms and they'll deliver to home in 2-3 days.

Now 36 days. But still no reply from them.
