the idea of this "wathkam prakashanaya" is that once u get into public office like the parliament or the PC, after some time, say like 5 yrs, ppl can check if this person has done a large scale robbing of public funds, or if he's taken bribes. for example, if someone shows what he has before the election, ppl can check on him after 5 yrs if his assets have increased considerably or not. one person here is accusing Shiral Lakthilaka of convertin his assets to his wife's name 3 months before. so how can that be relavant at all??? i mean, if he's trying to show a much lesser amount of assets than he actually has in his name, then if at all it works against him in the future when he shows his "wathkam"!!!! so, pls, just don't talk of things that u don't know!! if u wanna lie, then at least say something that is believable!!!!!!!
