My answer : In the Islamic way of slaughter, you make the animal bleed after having slaughtered the animal in the name of Allah(God). This procedure of bleeding the animal doesn't decrease in anyway the taste of the meat. In the contrary, it makes the meat much tastier and that's why even many reputed cooks in western countries have adopted halal meat in their cuisine although they're not muslims. Allah (God), through his Wisdom, has ordained to eat good nutrition in the best possible manner thought in Islam.
