Sorry seems something wrong EK doesnt load at all for me..

just want to call it a day with thread, i have more questions about walbada answers but since it was only a supporting argument, dragging on it will make off topic.so thanks walbada maybe we can discuss in detail in another thread.

i'm not gona go more regarding chicken in the market shelve as i see even the d*mb blond p*rnstars at peta seems to understand that consuming leads to killing and you cant go beyond that..
more argument = more waste of both of our times

First I need to know how Islam recognizes animals which are only meat eaters, what are their characteristics? Then I will give you an example of the kind of animal that is... like I said.. meat eating look-a-like (no kidding) there are such animals.. so let me know how Islam would distinguish carnivores / herbivores or omnivores.. so we'll continue this discussion after that ok!
you put the argument i guess you have to prove it yourself. besides what i'm asking is pretty straight forward.

give me an example of meat eating look-a-like animal that you are talking about.
if you feel like you need to prove what you talk, its up to you. if not thats fine with me ;)

Once again going around circles. Either you have intention of killing or either not have it. No indirect way of intention of killing. Demand blah . . blah . . is not a part of intention. You can throw a brick out of your window in to you garden because usually there are no people in the garden. But if that brick hits a cockroach and it gets killed, no sin, because intention of killing is not there.

isn't this seems logic.. if your in the part of increasing demand... then you are the reason for the increase of supply (if the resources are available).. in other words this is simple econ man..

if you still say that this is not true.. then wht u suppose me to say..

Why dont you understand buddy..they always have two ways if they need a nice delicious chicken dish.
1. killing it - thats a sin
2. getting it done from the butcher - thats no sin

ill give you another example like the cockroach example walbada gave.

think some mosquitos singing their annoying tunes around your ear and you want them dead unless you can talk to to them and make them understand the situation, which you cant sadly :oo:

so here are the options:

1. Knowing the animal is live - no rocket science
2. Intention of killing the animal - you know how you feel haha..
3. Planning for a method to kill - nothing major, just use your hands
4. Carrying out the deed of killing - bang, bang
5. Animal actually getting killed. - you need to wash your hands, no burials here

you have committed a sin here

but the easy way is:

1. just off the lights
2. bang, bang, bang

see no intention, no plan no execution but still you get the end result..

see the difference :lol::lol:

BTW, do you know any meat eating look-a-like animal ?:oo: lemmi know

For me to provide an answer, I have to know how did you come to a conclusion that all animals has characteristics of Carnivores are infact carnivores, so I need to know how did you come to that conclusion.. let me know then... if you are able to provide that, I will provide you with such an animal..

Whatever method you do, you cannot by pass those conditions and commit it... try and see!

BTW I have another question.. so Islam says OK to killing some animals to consume for meat.. how about other animals? If I kill them but not eat will it be a SIN?

Suppose you meet someone, you are not married.. and the other person says he/she not married either.. and you have no way of knowing if that is really true or not... so how exactly having sex with such person can be wrong?

Unless ofcourse you have sex without that person's consent!! So that is what I was talking about.. I dont know what you talking about!
uh.. sory for the disturbance of your conversation..

did you really mean that having sex with a non married person with his/her permission is allowed...   as said in..

Wal Bada said:
For the sin of sexual misconduct to happen following should happen.

1. Realize that the person married
2. Plan out a method to carry out the act (or intention)
3. Carrying out the act
4. Feeling happly / gratified after the act.

Assuming that this guy is unmarried and of legal age, if he knowns that the lady is married, he completes all four parts. If he does not know that she is married, or if she had lied to him that she is not married, sin of misconduct will not happen, ebcause the 1st part is not fulfilled. Whatever way, that particular women will complete the sin of misconduct.

uh...
