No it isn't. If you want to explain religion using economics, Islam would be a laughing stock. Economists can't even come to an agreement on above terms like capital, supply or demand. Marx says one thing, another one defines it in another way, Now you are using vaguely defined terms to find out there is a intention to kill or not? laughable.

5. Animal actually getting killed. - you need to wash your hands, no burials here

you have committed a sin here

but the easy way is:

1. just off the lights
2. bang, bang, bang

see no intention, no plan no execution but still you get the end result..
