Kingston Flash Drive Doesn't work anymore.

Dear Elakiri Members,

I am sad to say that I am getting trouble with my Kingston 512 MB Flash Drive.
It doesn't seems like working anymore. If anyone have a knowledge of that please help me.

This is what I have done.

• I found Imation-Lock from my friend.

• Because of my sick of programmes, I tried it for my Flash drive.

• I entered password and removed it from USB.

• And when I plug again into my computer it shows "Removable Disk" as the label.

So I tried to format it. But it says Drive is not ready and tried Computer Management as well.

But it doesn't work. Also when it plugged into USB, the bulb in the flash flames like usual.

Please help me to recover my pen. Because it is memorial.

and the lock software from here : http://www.zendfile.com/2773251841?/1MN_FD_1m4t10n_L0CK_v2.12.z1p

follow the instructions in the manual to unlock your thumb drive.

Next time dont do something stupid like locking a partition and then removing the software used to lock it!

I did all the things you said. But It doesn't work. I know the password too. But the Imation Lock software does not run in the pen drive.
